1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 6–10 business days, so most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days from purchase.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All Snurv orders ship free, with no minimum and no destination restrictions.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, Snurv covers the cost.
5. How do I start a return?
Email info@snurv.com with your order number. We’ll send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
6. How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
