Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@snurv.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a reliable courier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued within 7 days to your original payment method.
No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different color, style, or item, contact info@snurv.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll assist you.

Conditions

  • Change of mind: Accepted if unused and in original packaging

  • Defective item: Send clear photos for a replacement or refund

  • Damaged on arrival: Report within 48 hours with photos

  • Incorrect item: Contact us immediately; we’ll send the correct item at no extra cost

  • Package not received: We’ll investigate. If confirmed lost, a replacement or full refund will be issued

Orders can be canceled before shipment by emailing info@snurv.com
If already shipped, the order can be returned after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos of the item and packaging to info@snurv.com We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
