Free Shipping
All orders ship free, regardless of size or destination.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If a courier issue causes your package to be lost or undeliverable, contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Pickup Point & Non-Home Deliveries
If your order is delivered to a pickup point, shipping costs are fully covered.
If a parcel isn’t collected and is returned to us, a €25 fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
